Debiting outstanding amounts

Your account will be debited for the first time within the first ten business days after the contract is concluded. If you have chosen a recurring payment method, the second debit will be made in the month following the month in which the contract was concluded.

Example:

If you sign up for a Premium membership with monthly payments on May 1, your credit card or account will be charged for the first time on May 15 at the latest. Subsequent charges will be made on the same day of the following months – June 1, July 1, etc.
