Premium membership term(s)

To find out how long you can enjoy the benefits of your premium membership, we recommend using the customer portal:

1. Go to “Data & Settings → My Membership.”

2. Click on the “Self-Service Login” button (marked in red).

3. You will receive an email with a secure link to the customer portal.

4. In the portal, you will find all important information about:

• Contract term

• Current membership status

• Relevant deadlines

• Renewal information

The customer portal gives you access to the latest information about your membership and allows you to manage your contract directly.

Alternatively, you can check the end date of your membership in the order confirmation email you received after purchasing your membership. This document contains all the details about the term of your contract.

Please note: Your Premium membership will automatically renew for the term specified in your contract unless you cancel it in time via the customer portal.
