Reporting or blocking a profile

If you have encountered inappropriate behavior or simply no longer wish to interact with a particular member, you can report or block them:

How to report a user:

1. Navigate to the profile of the member you wish to report.

2. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper right corner.

3. Select “Report profile.”

4. Select the appropriate reason for your report.

5. Provide additional details if necessary.

6. Submit your report.

How to block a user:

1. Go to the profile of the member you want to block.

2. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper right corner.

3. Select “Block profile.

4. Confirm your decision.

When you block someone:

• That person can no longer send you messages.

• Your conversation history is retained but hidden.

• That person will not be able to see when you are online.

• That person will not appear in your partner suggestions.
