I am not receiving notifications. What can I do?
No notifications—what to do?
If you are not receiving notifications from LemonSwan, you can fix the problem as follows:
For Android app users:
1. Check the app's notification settings:
• Open your device's settings > Apps > LemonSwan > Notifications
• Ensure that notifications are enabled
2. Check the battery optimization settings:
• Go to Settings > Battery > Battery optimization
• Find LemonSwan and set it to “Do not optimize”
3. Check the notification settings in the app:
• Open the LemonSwan app > Profile > Settings > Notifications
• Make sure your preferred notification types are enabled
For iOS users (PWA):
1. Enable browser notifications:
• Select “Allow” for LemonSwan notifications when prompted
• If you have previously declined, go to Safari Settings > Advanced > Website Data > find LemonSwan and select “Remove” to reset permissions
2. Check your iOS notification settings:
• Go to Settings > Notifications > Safari
• Ensure notifications are enabled
For website users:
1. Enable browser notifications:
• When prompted by the browser, select “Allow”
• Check browser settings for notification permissions
2. Browser-specific settings: • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Notifications • Firefox: Options > Privacy and security > Permissions > Notifications
• Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Notifications If notifications still do not work after following these steps, please report the issue via the service area.
