How can I delete my profile?
Deleting your profile
Deleting your profile as a basic member:
Before you delete your profile, please note that deleted profiles cannot be restored. All messages and partner suggestions will be permanently deleted. Steps to delete your profile:
1. Go to “Personal data & settings.”
2. Under “My Membership,” click on “Delete Account” and follow the instructions.
Note: You will need your service password to delete your account.
Re-registering:
If you would like to use LemonSwan again in the future, you can re-register and complete the personality test to create a new profile.
Deleting your profile as a Premium Member: To delete your profile as a Premium Member, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. Please identify yourself with your box number and service password. Important: Deleting your Premium profile does not mean that your membership will be canceled at the end of your term.
