Where can I find my service password?
Finding your service password
Your service password is an automatically generated password that you will need when contacting customer service. Here's how to find it:
1. Go to “Data & Settings.”
2. Select “My Membership” from the left navigation menu.
3. Look for “Service Password”—it will be displayed directly on this page.
On the same page, you will also find your box number (labeled “Your Box Number”). Both pieces of information are important when requesting assistance with your account from customer service.
