Verification of international phone numbers

LemonSwan supports phone verification for selected international numbers. We currently only support verification for the following countries:

• Germany

• Austria

• Switzerland

• Luxembourg

• Spain

• Netherlands

• France

• Belgium

When entering your phone number:

1. Always include the country code (e.g., +49 for Germany, +43 for Austria).

2. Omit any leading zeros from your actual phone number.

3. Do not add any spaces or special characters.

For example, if your French number is 06 12 34 56 78, enter it as +33612345678.

If you continue to have problems verifying an international number:

• Try verification via voice call instead of SMS

• Check whether your mobile provider blocks international verification messages

• Make sure your number is not registered with a VoIP service (these sometimes do not work with verification systems)

If the problems persist, please use the “Report a problem” feature in the service area of your account. Provide details about your phone number and country, and our team will help you with verification.
