The Messages Archive

When you hide a conversation using the “Hide Conversation” feature, it is moved to your conversation archive and not completely deleted. This allows you to access it later if needed.

To access your conversation archive:

1. Go to your messages inbox.

2. Look for the “Archive” tab or option (usually at the top of your message list).

3. Click on it to view all your hidden conversations.

To restore a conversation from the archive:

1. Find the conversation in your archive.

2. Open the conversation.

3. Click the three dots in the top right corner.

4. Select “Restore Conversation” from the dropdown menu.

The conversation will then be moved back to your main message inbox and will be visible again in your list of active conversations.

The archive feature is useful for organizing your conversations and keeping your main inbox focused on active and current communications. Unlike ending a contact, hiding a conversation in the archive is reversible and does not prevent future communication with that member.
