Report and Block a Member

If you encounter a member who violates our Community Guidelines, LemonSwan offers a report and block function to protect our users and ensure a respectful environment.

Here's how to report and block a user:

1. Open the conversation with the member.

2. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the chat.

3. Select "Report and Block" from the drop-down menu.

4. Choose the reason for the report from the options provided.

5. Add further details about the incident in the text field.

6. Submit your report.

What happens after you report someone:

1. The contact is immediately terminated, similar to the "End Contact" function.

2. The reported user will no longer be able to find your profile or contact you.

3. Our team will promptly review the report to investigate the reported behavior.

4. Appropriate action will be taken based on our Community Guidelines.

5. In serious cases, the reported user's account may be suspended or terminated.

LemonSwan takes all reports seriously and is committed to a safe and respectful environment for all members. Reports are treated confidentially, and we thank you for your help in ensuring the safety of our community.

Please use this feature only for genuine violations of our Community Guidelines, such as harassment, inappropriate content, or fraudulent behavior.
