The service password
The service password is an automatically generated password that is assigned to each member when they create their profile. You can easily find your service password in your profile under “Data & Settings -> My Membership.”
Use of the service password:
The service password is used for verification purposes and to comply with data protection regulations. Please note that this is not your secret login password, which is known only to you personally. LemonSwan employees will never ask you for your individual login password!
You will need your service password if you contact customer service to make changes to your account, delete your profile, or use other account management functions that require identity verification.
