Restoring a deleted profile

For data protection reasons, deleted profiles cannot be restored at LemonSwan. The deletion of your profile is irrevocable.

Important information about deletion requests:

• Data deletion: All profile data, including your individual test results, will be removed from our system.

• Message history: Your entire personal message history with other members will be permanently deleted.

• Personal data: All personal data will be deleted from our system.

• No restoration: Our customer service team has no way of making this data available to you again.

• Membership fees: Deleting your profile does not entitle you to a waiver or refund of any remaining membership fees.

If you have already deleted your profile but would like to start looking for a partner again, please register again with a new account on LemonSwan.
