How do I deactivate and activate my profile?

Deactivate and reactivate your profile

If you need a break from LemonSwan but don't want to permanently delete your profile:

1. Go to “Data & Settings.”

2. Select “My Membership” from the left navigation menu.

3. Under “Account Management,” click “Deactivate Profile.”

4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

After deactivation, your profile will no longer be visible to other members. You will not receive any messages or partner suggestions, but your account data will be retained.

To reactivate your profile later:

1. Log in with your email address and password.

2. Go to “Data & Settings” → “My Membership.”

3. Click on “Reactivate Profile.”

Your profile will be restored with all your previous information and conversations.
