How the distance filter works

The distance filter is a premium feature that allows you to find matches within a specific radius of your location. Here's how it works:

• You can set a maximum distance radius (from 25 km to unlimited).

• You can set the slider to your preferred maximum search distance.

• The system will show you matches within this radius, with the closest matches displayed first when you sort by distance.

Privacy: For security reasons, LemonSwan maintains a minimum search radius of 25 kilometers. This deliberate restriction protects the privacy of all members by preventing anyone from determining the exact location or address of another user. Even as a Premium member, you cannot narrow your search to less than 25 km in order to ensure everyone's safety while still allowing you to find partners in your area.

To use the distance filter effectively, we recommend starting with a reasonable radius that matches your willingness to travel for dates (perhaps 50-100 km) and expanding it as needed. Remember, it's worth traveling a little further for the right connection!
