Changing your Premium Membership

It is not possible to switch to a free Premium Membership after you have clicked on “Paid Alternative” and gone through the normal ordering process. If you are eligible for a free Premium Membership (as a single parent, student, or trainee with an annual gross income below €35,000), please select this option before starting the payment process. If you have already purchased a paid membership but believe you are eligible for a free Premium Membership, your current paid membership will remain active until its expiration date, and you will not be eligible for a refund based on your eligibility for a free Premium Membership.
