Ending contact with someone

Ending contact with another member is a permanent action that cannot be undone. This is different from simply hiding a conversation.

What happens when you end contact:

1. The other member will no longer be able to find your profile on LemonSwan.

2. You will no longer be able to see the other member's profile in search results or suggestions.

3. All message history between you will be permanently deleted.

4. Neither party will be able to re-establish contact via the platform.

How to end contact:

1. Open the conversation with the member.

2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the chat.

3. Select “End contact” from the drop-down menu.

4. Confirm your decision in the dialog box that appears.

Please note: Terminating contact is irreversible and should only be done if you are certain that you do not wish to have any further contact with this member in the future. If you simply want to clean up your message list, you should use the “Hide Conversation” option instead, which leaves open the possibility of future contact.
