Contract renewal at a higher price

Premium membership prices vary depending on the term and payment method. If you originally signed up during a discount promotion, the renewal price may be higher than your original rate.

To check your specific renewal price:

1. Navigate to “Data & Settings → My Membership.”

2. Click on the “Self-Service Login” button (marked in red).

3. Check your contract details and renewal terms in the customer portal.

The customer portal provides complete transparency about your current prices and upcoming changes. If you have questions about your billing rate or would like to explore other membership options, you can manage them directly through the portal or use the ticket system in the customer portal to contact our support team.
