View contract information

To view your complete contract details, including payment information, contract term, and cancellation options, please use our secure customer portal:

1. Navigate to “Data & Settings → My Membership.”

2. Click on the “Self-service login” button (marked in red).

3. You will receive an email with a secure link to the customer portal.

4. In the portal, you can view the following:

• Current contract status

• Contract term and end date

• Payment method and payment plan

• Cancellation periods

• All previous invoices

The customer portal provides a secure environment where you can view and manage all your confidential contract information in one place. It is the most reliable and up-to-date source for all your contract-related questions.
