Compensation and reimbursement

In addition to the fee for the starter package, compensation to the consumer for the value of the service contracts is regulated in accordance with Section 357 (8) BGB (German Civil Code). If you cancel, you owe the company compensation for the value of the services provided up to the time of cancellation if:

1. You have expressly requested that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period.

2. The company has duly informed you of this provision.

This is common practice for service contracts where you have already received part of the services before canceling.
