Why was my account charged again?

Renewed debit from your account

If your LemonSwan membership has been renewed in accordance with your contract, the invoice amount will be debited from your account as before. This means that you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of a premium membership without restrictions.

How to check your billing status:

1. Navigate to “Data & Settings → My Membership.”

2. Click on the “Self-service login” button (marked in red).

3. Go to “Payment history” in the customer portal.

4. Check all transactions and their purpose.

If you believe you have been charged an incorrect amount, please create a support ticket directly in the customer portal with your box number and all relevant transaction details.
