Contract renewal

To ensure that you can use your LemonSwan Premium membership without interruption, it will automatically renew if you do not cancel before the end of the term. Detailed information on this can be found in the Terms and Conditions under point 13 “Cancellation.”

How to check your specific renewal terms:

1. Go to “Data & Settings → My Membership.”

2. Click on the “Self-Service Login” button (marked in red).

3. Navigate to “Term & Deadlines” in the customer portal.

There you will find detailed information about the date and duration of a contract renewal as well as important deadlines.

To prevent automatic renewal, please cancel before the deadline via the customer portal. This gives you full control over your membership status and ensures that you will not be billed for any unwanted renewals.
