How do I access the Self-Service Center?
Access to the Self-Service Center
As a Premium Member, you have access to the LemonSwan Self-Service Center, where you can manage your contracts and payment methods:
1. Go to “Data & Settings.”
2. Select “My Membership” from the left navigation menu.
3. Click on the “Self-Service Login” button.
(usually highlighted in red)
4. You will receive an email with your personal login link to the Self-Service Center.
For security reasons, your contract data is stored in a separate system. The login link is valid for a limited time and allows you to securely access your contract data, payment information, and subscription management options.
