How to change your password

1. Log in to your profile.

2. Click on “Data & Settings” in the navigation menu at the top.

3. Navigate to the “My Membership” tab.

4. Click on the “Change Password” button.

5. Enter your current password and create a new password.

6. Confirm the new password and click on “Change password” again.

7. You can now log in with your new password.
   

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily recover it. Enter www.lemonswan.com in your browser. Click on “Member Login” in the top right-hand corner and then on “Forgot login details” below the login button.

Then follow the steps to request a new password. We will send you personal access to your profile by email so that you can renew your password.

Tips for a secure password:

• Choose at least eight to ten characters

• Mix upper and lower case letters

• Choose at least one number

• Use punctuation marks and special characters

• Please do not use umlauts
  

Avoid simple passwords that are closely related to you, such as family names, birthdays, or your children's names.
