Who can help me with questions about my contract or my payments?
Questions about your contract and payments
If you have questions about payment or your contract, please first check these self-service resources, where most of the information is easily accessible:
1. Check the order confirmation email that was sent to you immediately after your purchase. It contains important contract documents and terms and conditions.
2. Access the customer portal:
• Navigate to "Data & Settings → My Membership".
• Click the "Self-Service Login" button (highlighted in red).
• Browse the relevant sections in the customer portal:
- "Payment" for billing and payment methods
- "Contract" for membership terms and conditions
- "Invoices" for payment history
- "Term & Deadlines" for important dates
If you cannot find the answer to your question in these resources, you can create a support ticket:
1. Go to the "Support" section in the customer portal.
2. Select "Create New Ticket".
3. Select the appropriate category (Billing, Contract, Payment, etc.).
4. Describe your issue as precisely as possible.
5. Add all relevant details, such as transaction data, amounts, or screenshots.
Our dedicated support team will respond within 1–2 business days. All communication takes place securely within the portal, where you can also track the status of your request and view the complete history of your support interactions.
