How can I change my payment frequency?
Changing the payment frequency
To change the billing frequency for your Premium membership, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to “Data & Settings → My Membership.”
2. Click on the “Self-Service Login” button (marked in red).
3. You will receive an email with a secure link to the LemonSwan customer portal.
4. Go to the “Payment” section in the portal.
5. Select “Change payment frequency.”
6. Select your preferred payment plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).
7. Follow the instructions to confirm your selection.
Once you have successfully completed the process, you will immediately receive confirmation of your updated payment frequency. The change will take effect with your next billing cycle.
The customer portal is the most direct and secure way to manage your payment preferences. If you encounter any problems, you can create a support ticket directly in the customer portal.
