How can I change my payment method?

Changing your payment method

To change your payment method, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to “Data & Settings → My Membership.”

2. Click on the “Self-service login” button (marked in red).

3. You will receive an email with a secure link to the LemonSwan customer portal.

4. Go to the “Payment” section in the portal.

5. Select “Change payment method.”

6. Follow the instructions to update your payment information.

Once you have successfully completed this process, you will immediately receive confirmation that your payment information has been updated.

The customer portal is the most direct and secure way to manage your payment methods. If you encounter any problems or need assistance, please contact our support team via the ticket system in the customer portal.
