How do I cancel my premium membership?
Canceling your Premium Membership
If you would like to cancel your Premium Membership, we offer the following simple and secure options:
1. Cancellation via the customer portal: Go to “Data & Settings → My Membership” and click on the red “Self-Service Login” button. After clicking on this button, you will receive a login link via email that will take you securely to the LemonSwan customer portal. There, under “Term & Deadlines,” you can select your contract and cancel it easily. You can also see your current contract status and important key data at a glance at any time.
2. Cancellation via the cancellation button (without login): Alternatively, you can use the cancellation button on our website, which you can also use at any time without logging in first. If you choose this option, please be sure to provide your contract number and clear details of your profile so that we can clearly identify your cancellation.
3. Cancellation by mail: Of course, you can also send us your cancellation in writing by mail at any time. Please be sure to include your contract number and unique details about your profile so that we can clearly identify your cancellation.
