Calculation of compensation

Compensation is calculated based on the duration of your contract and the membership fees incurred during this period. This calculation is proportional to the services already used in comparison to the total contract period.

1. Navigate to “Data & Settings → My Membership.”

2. Click on the “Self-service login” button (marked in red).

3. Go to the “Cancellation” section in the customer portal.

4. Here you will see a breakdown of the applicable compensation amounts.
