14-day cancellation period

Under German law, you have a cancellation period of 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Within this period, you can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons.

How to check the deadlines applicable to your contract:

1. Navigate to “Data & Settings → My Membership.”

2. Click on the “Self-service login” button (marked in red).

3. You will find detailed information about your withdrawal period in the customer portal.

Please note: If you have expressly requested that the services begin before the end of the withdrawal period and we have duly informed you of this provision, you may also be obliged to pay compensation for services already rendered in accordance with § 357 (8) BGB (German Civil Code) even if you exercise your right of withdrawal.
